why me?
Good question!
When choosing a
solution
focused coach, mentor, or counsellor, credentials matter,
but ultimately, it comes down to two things:
connection and trust.
Before
becoming a coach and counsellor,
I worked across the
music
industry, TV,
radio, media, business and construction sector. I’ve
experienced the lows,
incredible highs and the intense
pressure of
creating and delivering to deadlines in
high
performance environments.
Along the way,
I realised that
regardless of whether I was
working on a creative
project or
running a
business, my true strength was always the same:
connecting with people and
understanding
their worlds.
That
realisation led me to become a mentor, and formally train in integrative
counselling and coaching.
Today, I work with
entrepreneurs,
creatives, and
professionals who find
themselves in need of clarity, a new frame of
reference, or a new mindset.
What can you expect working with me?
Every client is different, so every conversation is different. I don’t try to fit you into a
rigid
theoretical
model.
I adapt my skills to what you actually need on the day.
Real world
understanding.
Having spent years in high-pressure creative
industries and building
businesses, I understand the messy reality of trying to connect the dots, perform, adapt, and build
something from the
bottom up.
A safe & honest space.
Sometimes you need a safe
environment to process
personal stress and heavy
emotions. Sometimes you just need to talk through a tough choice you have to make. I bring both
therapeutic training and real industry
experience to whichever
conversation you need to have.
I don’t believe every challenge calls for
endless
therapy, and I don’t believe every goal needs
hyper-intense coaching. Often, you just need a skilled, trustworthy person who gets the reality of your world to help you clear the noise in your head, make
confident
decisions, and move
forward.
